Welcome to 99math

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 99math platform (“Platform”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Accounts and Users

  • User Eligibility: The Service is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and meet all eligibility requirements.
  • Teacher Accounts: Teachers may create accounts to use the Service for educational purposes. Teachers are responsible for ensuring their students comply with these Terms.
  • Student Access: Students may access the Service using a game code provided by their teacher. Students do not need individual accounts.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You agree not to use the service in any way that:
    • Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
    • Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory.

  • 99MATH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL 99MATH, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
